Among the most famous figures of the last years, Polish sculptor Igor Mitoraj created masterpieces suspended between past and present. His harmonic fragments of faces and bodies reflect timeless mankind issues with a constant postmodern sense of decay.
In 1983, Mitoraj chooses to make Pietrasanta his home opening there his famous atelier to work marble as an ideal material for his sculptures, in addition to terracotta and bronze.
Each artwork from Igor Mitoraj is available now and can be personally seen in the artist's atelier.
